Where does Aarke USA ship to?

Aarke USA is the official distributor for Aarke in the United States and Canada with warehouses in Los Angeles and Toronto.

At this time, the Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no kits, no accessories). Due to the high cost to import kits from USA into Canada, our Canadian customers can only purchase the Carbonator machines available in our Toronto warehouse.

Customers based in the USA are able to purchase all available products on the Aarke USA website.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

Due to the nature of the product, at this time we only offer ground shipping.

Customers based in the USA will receive their package from Los Angeles. Customers based in Canada will receive their package from Toronto.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders should ship within 3-5 business days of being placed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location from our warehouse centers, once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.

My tracking doesn’t seem to be working.

Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to populate. For more questions on where your package is, we recommend reaching out to the shipper directly with your tracking information as they will have a better understanding of where your package is.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We guarantee your satisfaction 100% To be eligible for credit, items must be in new and resellable condition please email us at info@aarke-usa.com to submit a return request. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of items.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund notification via email.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Should you receive the wrong product, please email us at info@aarke-usa.com with pictures of your invoice and the product you received. From there, our team will take care of you so you can receive the correct product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We kindly ask all customers to double check their shipping information and product information before checking out.

Once an order is placed, it is very difficult for us to change/cancel an order. If you find you have made a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at info@aarke-usa.com with your order number and correct information. From there, our team will see if it is possible to update or cancel your order.

I live in Canada, how can I purchase a kit?

At this time, our Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no kits, no accessories).

If you are willing to pay for the duties/taxes upon importing the kit to Canada from USA, please reach out to info@aarke-usa.com so we may make a shipping exception for you.

Are there any glass bottles that are compatible with your carbonator?

In order to achieve the slim profile of our Carbonator, PET bottles are currently the only option. Glass bottles would need a protective casing, due to risk of explosion. For safety reasons, please only use our carbonator with the original PET bottle.

Is the gas cylinder included with my Carbonator purchase?

At the moment, gas cylinders are not included with the purchase of the Aarke Carbonator.

US based customers may purchase kits which do include gas cylinder(s).

Which types of gas cylinder work with the Aarke Carbonator?

Our machine is compatible with AGA, Sodastream, SodaSense Linde, SodaMagic, Vikingsoda, and other standard 400-425g/60l cylinders for sparkling water makers.

Aarke Kits currently come with Sodastream cylinders.

Sodastream offers a refill exchange program. Please refer to the Sodastream website to find a local store for you to refill your canister.

SodaSense also offers a delivery refill program for customers who sign up on their website.

Please note that standards in Australia and New Zealand are different, and Carbonators sold in these countries are not compatible with EU, US, or Asian cylinders. For these machines, we recommend Australian Sodastream and Soda King cylinders.

Where can I buy or refill a gas cylinder?

You can purchase a KIT from this website that includes 1-2 cylinders depending on which kit you purchase! Aarke Kits include cylinders from Sodastream.

Cylinders are also widely available in Sodastream's network with over 10,000 points of exchange in USA and Canada. Sodasense also offers refill delivery program for their cylinders.

What are the differences between Carbonator 2 and Carbonator 3?

The Carbonator 3 features an updated internal safety valve system and a new stainless steel precision nozzle and accents.

Does the Carbonator need electricity to work?

No outlet needed--our carbonators are cordless and electricity-free.

My machine has weak gas flow. What should I do?

If you use extremely cold water with your Carbonator, the water can react with the gas to cause a build-up of ice at the nozzle. To remove the ice, pump the lever up and down a few times without fully releasing.

My Carbonator isn’t making the buzzing noise anymore. Is there something wrong?

A lack of the buzzing noise doesn’t necessarily indicate that something is broken. Occasionally you won’t hear the sound due to heat, cold, or different pressure. If you still hear the safety valve opening and air releasing from under the drip tray, your water is still fully carbonating.

I can see water spurting from the machine, what does that mean?

Always be sure to fill to the marked water line on the PET bottle. Otherwise, the water could end up inside the machine. Over time, this might damage the carbonator.

Is there any way to increase the level of carbonation in my water?

You can pump the lever an unlimited number of times to achieve more carbonated water. We recommend 1-3 pumps for best carbonation results. Cheers!

Is the Aarke PET Water Bottle recyclable?

Yes. At the end of its lifetime you can unscrew the bottom metal part, remove the cap and recycle the components separately.

Why does the bottle have expiration date?

Our PET bottle has an expiration date for safety reasons. By its expiration date, the bottle’s plastic may be weakened from use and should be replaced.

Is PET plastic safe to use for drinking water?

Yes. We only use food-grade, virgin PET. This means that our bottles are non-toxic, BPA-free and do not contain any harmful chemicals.

Our bottles have also been tested and approved according to the German LFGB standard, California Prop 65 and FDA CFR 21.

Why can't the bottle be cleaned in the dishwasher?

Though the Aarke PET Bottle is engineered to be extremely durable, it can only withstand a maximum temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. Most dishwashers operate at extremely high temperatures, placing the structural integrity of the bottle at risk.

Therefore, the bottle should be washed manually and never placed in the dishwasher.

How do I wash the bottle effectively to keep it clean and odorless?

The best way to clean your Aarke PET Water Bottle is by using clean lukewarm water and a mild detergent. If using a dishwashing brush, please make sure it is intended for cleaning plastic bottles.

Once washed, store the bottle with its cap off.
