Where does Aarke USA ship to?

Aarke USA is the official distributor for Aarke in the United States and Canada with warehouses in Los Angeles and Toronto.

At this time, the Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no kits, no accessories). Due to the high cost to import kits from USA into Canada, our Canadian customers can only purchase the Carbonator machines available in our Toronto warehouse.

Customers based in the USA are able to purchase all available products on the Aarke USA website.

All orders shipped within the lower 48 states receive FREE ground shipping when value is $39+.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout based on weight.

Due to the nature of the C02 cylinders, we cannot ship Kits to PO Boxes. Customers looking to purchase kits must ship to street addresses. Please also note that C02 cylinders are non-refundable and are not eligible for returns.

What kind of shipping do you offer?

Due to the nature of the product, at this time we only offer ground shipping for Kits. Kits cannot be express shipped as they contain the gas canisters that cannot be shipped via air. Expedited shipping is available for US based customers purchasing Carbonators and Accessories within the lower 48 states.

Customers based in the USA will receive their package from Los Angeles. Customers based in Canada will receive their package from Toronto.

Please note, due to the process of kit building, your box may come opened/unsealed. Our team adds the PET bottle and Gas Cylinders manually.

When will my order be shipped?

Ground Shipping:

Please allow a minimum of 1-3 business days for handling time. Once shipped, orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping:

Please allow 1 business day handling time for all orders placed with our Express Shipping option, and up to 2 business days for delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending on your location from our warehouse centers, once an order is shipped, it can take an additional 3-7 business days to be delivered.

My tracking doesn’t seem to be working.

Once you receive your tracking information, please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to populate. For more questions on where your package is, we recommend reaching out to the shipper directly with your tracking information as they will have a better understanding of where your package is.

How do I place a return or exchange?

We guarantee your satisfaction 100% To be eligible for credit, items must be in new and resellable condition please email us at to submit a return request. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of items.

Once the return request is approved, customers will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed from the date we receive your returned items in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive a refund notification via email.

Any orders placed from 11/22 - 12/25 will be permitted to make returns until 1/30/21.

What do I do if I receive the wrong product?

Should you receive the wrong product, please email us at with pictures of your invoice and the product you received. From there, our team will take care of you so you can receive the correct product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We kindly ask all customers to double check their shipping information and product information before checking out.

Once an order is placed, it is very difficult for us to change/cancel an order. If you find you have made a mistake with your order, please email us immediately at with your order number and correct information. From there, our team will see if it is possible to update or cancel your order.

I live in Canada, how can I purchase a kit?

At this time, our Toronto warehouse only holds Carbonator machines (no kits, no accessories).

If you are willing to pay for the duties/taxes upon importing the kit to Canada from USA, please reach out to so we may make a shipping exception for you.

International Shipping
The Aarke USA site can ship within the USA and Canada. Orders placed for Carbonators BY customers located in Canada should be shipped from our warehouse in Toronto.

At this time, we are only shipping carbonators and extra PET bottles to customers in Canada due to high duties/taxes for importing goods to Canada.

Free shipping is available for Canada customers above $45 USD.

Orders placed by customers located in Canada for any Kits or Six Barrel items may be shipped form our California warehouse. In this case, customers in Canada will have to pay duty on the values of goods, plus GST and PST or HST, depending on the province.

Aarke USA is not responsible for duties/taxes.


The Aarke Carbonator purchased at authorized retailers is warranted for 2 years to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Please email us at for any warranty claims or if you are having any issues. We will help your troubleshoot your machine and ensure you are satisfied.

Aarke products purchased open box/used from individuals or unauthorized resellers such as eBay are not under warranty and cannot be replaced or returned with our team.

Sales Tax

All items shipped to addresses in California and New York will be charged sales tax calculated at checkout.
